Blogtoberfest Blog Crawl: Issue # 3- scary food

Blogtober is not all about blogging and carousing, it's about eating too. This roving reporter has seen plenty to be concerned about in today's wanderings:

Mummified sausages from Make Like a Tree and Leaf. It helps if you live with someone who can cut out a cat shape from a slice of cheese;

Try making one of Birdbath's carved apples, but if you're planning to eat it, don't look it in the eye;

Try the frog spawn ice-cream at Cloth and Fodder;

..and if you've eaten all that, you'll be wanting one of these from Sablefyre's local pizza shop.

Inappropriate German Phrase of the Day courtesy of Babelfish Translator:
  • "Ich bitte Ihre Entschuldigung, ich anstrebte die Wanne."
Use this phrase as a courtesy to your companions, or visit Babelfish to translate it back into English.

Oops, just discovered that Cloth and Fodder isn't Blogtoberfesting. Still, the frog spawn ice-cream is way too good to delete ;)

Naughty, naughty language, Ms. Bell.

(Mr. Tacc wanted to know what I was snorting about!) Full marks for delicious immaturity and web research.
