Which season are you?

I found this t-shirt for the Bug at a school fete. And see, it's the perfect match for the shorts and hat I'll make with this fabric, which we won in Badskirt's Blogtober giveaway!

And they're both "his colours". Did anyone "have their colours done" in the 80s? I didn't have mine done, but we figured I was a Winter like my mum- dark hair, pale skin, grey eyes, suited to strong, clear colours like red and hot pink.

My Bug is nothing like me- golden-brown skin, golden-brown hair, dark brown eyes. He looks good in bright red, blue, green, like most kids I suppose. Actually I usually dress him in red so I can find him! but he also looks lovely in these soft colours- duck-egg blue, cocoa. Is that a season?

And which season are you?

Good golly that's a great match! I can't wait to see his shorts!

As for me, I've long forgotten my season. I look good in honey, copper and pink colours. I don't really own any pink though.

I am winter too. I never actually went and had my colours 'done' but I remember looking at articles in magazines very studiously to figure it out. That said, I wear everything to some degree except beige and maroon!

I was told I was a spring and to wear peach and warm lime green.
Pass! I wear summer colours...pink, pale blue, aqua.

Yes, I studied the magazines too, and decided I'm an autumn. Orange, red, brown and dark slate blue. It's a good thing that those are the colours I love.

I had my colours done and I'm a winter. Most days I feel bleak, pale and deciduous too.

That top is a sensational match for the fabric. I'm with you on the red thing though - I try and dress my boys for visibility, especially on days when we go to the park.

They were made for each other!

I've never had my season done - maybe it's about time I did....

Loosely, I am an Autumn. More specifically, I can't remember the name of it, lol. My SIL is doing a professional makeup course, like, the four year one, and part of it was doing colors, and there were ALL these categories. But after running through all the matches, I still came out matching exactly the colors I think I do...dirty greens, oranges, reds, browns and purples. :p

I can send you a copy of the boys undies if you like, let me know your email address & I'll send scans.
