A Present a Week: Snoopy Beanbags

Here's my latest instalment of Deb's challenge A Present a Week {Till Christmas}. I made these beanbags for the Bug using this gorgeous Snoopy fabric given to me by my mate Sue. Sue used them for the cutest quilt ever.

They're made with two 5" x 7" rectangles,  filled with 3/4 of a cup of rice, with adhesive felt numbers on the back.

Cherri from Cherry House Quilts has a beanbag tutorial and also includes a list of games and activities with beanbags.

For more of the gift list visit Deb at Works in Progress.

They look great! Nice stitching. I especially like Charlie Brown on the pitcher's mound :)

Gosh you are a rock star! Go you. I haven't decided what I'm going to do this week. I think I should do a Christmas quilt that I don't really want to do, only because it's a bit boring, lol I'm not very good at making the same thing over and over and I've made about 4 of these quilts!!

Very cute. I'd forgotten about bean bags!

There's an award for you on my Framed blog:

(P.S. I don't usually 'do' awards and I'm never offended if you don't choose to use it.)

Bean bags... where have you been all my life (well, at least since I was about 10). They'd be great for junior hackysack, me thinks. Great idea (that I'm promptly stealing, if you don't mind?) x

These are great! I made some similar beanbags for my son a few years ago, but I didn't think to use adhesive numbers and ended up cutting out the numbers by hand...
