Surprise Visitor with Gift!

I've just had a whirlwind visit from my friend Jo of Sparkly Green Knickers. I couldn't tempt Jo to stay for a cup of Bovril, she just dropped in with this lovely gift of fabrics!

The seahorse and mermaid fabrics from Heather Ross's  Mendocino collection are for the forthcoming Circling Fish quilt. I'm looking forward to starting it but I'm going to be nervous cutting these beautiful fabrics! And the vintage sheets are for my work-in-progress, the Spring Garden quilt. If you saw this post you'll know I was a little short on orange and green- but not any more!
